Focus ST auto adaptive farovi

Ljudi treba mi pomoc od vas. Na moga fokusa (mk2.5) je oprema od STa , samim tim i autoadaptiv farovi sa xenonima. E sad sta je problem, problem je kalibracija i podesavanje tih farova. Farovi su ispravni, rade svi motorici, zabice su ok, kad se upali auto odrade ono bzzzz gore/dolje ali je problem sto nisu dobro podeseni pa biju dosta nisko i jedan i drugi far.

Ono sto mene interesuje sta utice na kalibraciju farova , kako oni znaju dje je ravno a dje nije , jel ima neki ziroskop u farove ili mozda nesto u trapove ???

Pokusavaonsam da ih rucno podesim na one plasticne srafove za podesavanje ali bezuspjesno. Ima li neka procedura kako se kalibrisu ?

Nemam podatke za Mk2 ali za mk1 pise da nakon zamene levog fara (koji je master), ili senzora koji su na prednjoj i zadnjoj osovini sistem treba da se inicijalizuje pomocu dijagnostike.
Mada, srafovi su "glavni", to jest motorcici samo podesavaju u odnosu na to koliko je prednji kraj spusten/podignut, glavno podesavanje se izvodi srafovima. Jedino ako ti je sistem totalno u autu, pa ih drzi toliko prenisko da srafovi ne mogu da ih vise podignu.

Headlamp levelling - gas discharge headlamp

An automatic headlamp levelling system is required by law on vehicles with gas discharge headlamps.

The system consists of the following components:

— Vehicle level sensors on the front and rear axles

— Master control module on the left-hand headlamp housing

— Slave control module on the right-hand headlamp housing

— Headlamp levelling motors in both headlamp housings

In order not to dazzle oncoming traffic, the adjustment is made depending on the vehicle loading as soon as the ignition is switched on.

No adjustment of the range takes place during dynamic processes (braking, accelerating, pulling away).

Note:
After work is done on the headlamp levelling sensors, the headlamp levelling system must be re-calibrated and initialised using WDS.

The vehicle height sensors on the front and rear axles send a load dependent signal to the master control module. Based on the difference between the two signals, the module calculates the optimal angle of the light bundle and sends the necessary data to the slave module. Both modules generate control signals from the actual and desired positions of the headlamp reflectors for the headlamp levelling motors.

When the dipped beam is switched on, the system compares the actual load state with the original setting. In this way, illumination of the road is reduced and dazzling the oncoming traffic is prevented.

kalibracija se preko dijagnostike radi,ako i dalje zeza riknuo neki senzor
ima se,moze se - nema se,mora se....
