Focus MK1, Pumpa i Centralno ?

Focus MK1, Pumpa i Centralno ?

Imam problem s focusom MK1 1.6 zetec.
Auto vergla ali ne pali, pomoću dijagnostike javilo je grešku P0232 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit High i P1000 ODB Systems
Readiness Test Not Complete.
Ispitao sam tipku za pumpu, osigurače, zamijenio releje, provjerio dali ima napona na vodovima prema
pumpi dok se ključ okreće, sve je ok.
Jučer sam uspio upaliti auto (greške nije bilo) i ponadao se da je sve ok, vozio desetak kilometara,
ugasio ga parput i palio bez greške.
Danas ujutro opet pokušam upaliti i ništa, probam s dijagnostikom i opet iste greške P0232 i P1000.
Zanimljivo je još da i daljinsko i centralno zakljucavanje ne radi od trenutka kvara isto kao i tipka za otvaranje haube.
Prije par tjedana isto nije htio upaliti, ali je odpajanje akumulatora na pola h riješilo problem.
Dok pred koji mjesec dva okretaji u praznom hodu su varirali od 800-1200 sami od sebe,
tu je odpajanje akumulatora na par minuta također riješilo problem.
Još da napomenem da se i prilikom "naglijeg" starta focus gotovo uvijek gušio, oklijevao s startom do jedne točke,
dok nije počeo vuči.
Želim prije nego auto prevezem do mehaničara, čuti par vaših misli.
Da sam malo jači u pregovorima i argumentima s mehaničarom.
Zanima me sad ako neko ima ideju šta bi moglo biti ?

Najpre proveri inercioni prekidac goriva. Najlakse je.
P0232 - Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit High
The PCM monitors the fuel pump monitor (FPM) circuit. This test fails when the PCM detects voltage on the FPM circuit while the fuel pump is commanded OFF. The FPM circuit is wired to a pull-up voltage inside the PCM. The FPM circuit will go high if, with the key ON and the fuel pump commanded OFF, the FPM/FP PWR circuit loses its path to ground through the fuel pump. The FPM circuit will also go high if the FPM/FP PWR circuit is shorted to power.
Inertia fuel shutoff (IFS) switch not reset or electrically open
Open circuit between the fuel pump and the FPM connection to the FP PWR circuit
Poor fuel pump ground
Fuel pump electrically open
Fuel pump secondary circuits short to power
Fuel pump relay contacts always closed
Open FPM circuit between PCM and connection to FP PWR circuit
Damaged low speed fuel pump relay or concern with related circuits (if equipped).
Damaged PCM
Continuous memory P0232 can be set if the IFS switch was tripped, then reset, or if the fuel pump circuit is activated when the PCM expected the circuit to be off (i.e. fuel system test or prime procedure).

This code just means that the PCM didn't complete a full diagnose cycle, and is set when the battery have been disconnected, codes have been cleared or sometimes even when the vehicle have been towed. No scanner it's necessary to clear the code, driving the vehicle for a few minutes (sometimes more) to complete the diagnose cycle will clear the code. Clearing the code will reset the light unless other codes present.

Završio predstavljanje 
Evo ipak je bio problem u pumpi.
Konektor na njoj se rastalio, kaže mehaničar moglo je biti opasno.
Sad ostaje još riješiti problem centralnog.
